Viewing History of a Message

Often you may want to know if a message you have sent to a user has been read or if the files you sent have been downloaded.

To view the history of a message you have sent click on the more menu (…) in the message preview and then select History.

The Message History screen shows all activity for that message including who viewed the message and when as well as access to any attachments.
