System Activity

Administrators may need to review the system activity log.


To access system activity for your instance of Transit choose Admin from the left menu then System Activities from the General section.


The last 30 days of activity is shown in the application. If you want to find entries for a specific user or activity you can enter the term you are looking for into the search box and the log will filter the results based on your search.

If you need activity older than 30 days or for a specific time period you can select EXPORT REPORT and specify a date range. This will export a comma separated (csv) file to a folder in your Transit Files section called My Transit Reports. This file can be opened in Microsoft Excel or any other application that can view csv files.

Log Levels
The options available for System Log reports are: Critical, Error, Information and Verbose.
